Renowned singer David Adeleke, famously known as Davido, recently shared his emotional experience upon learning that he and his wife, Chioma, were expecting twins.

The revelation comes after the celebrity couple was captured with their newborn twins for the first time in a leaked video that was released last Friday.

Speaking at the United Masters Select Con event on Sunday, the artist behind hits like ‘Timeless’ reflected on the profound moment.

He expressed how they were both overwhelmed with joy and disbelief upon discovering they were expecting twins.

The timing of this joyful news holds a poignant significance, as it coincided with a heart-wrenching loss in their lives. Davido’s son, Ifeanyi, tragically passed away in October 2022 due to a pool incident.

Davido shared,

“When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month my son passed. My son passed away last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October.”

“I was at the point of giving up. A beautiful boy and girl came back in double. I kept the faith despite it being very hard,” he said.
