Watch The Platform’s Lagos State Gubernatorial Debate 2019

Towards the 2019 gubernatorial elections on March 2, 2019, candidates from 4 political parties vying for the post of governor in Lagos State have been brought together by The Platform to detail their plans for bettering the state.

The 4 candidates present in the debate were Babatunde Gbadamosi of Action Democratic Party (ADP), Babajide Sanwo-Olu of All Progressives Congress (APC), Jimi Agbaje of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Owolabi Salis of Alliance for Democracy (AD).

The candidates, moderated by Victor Oladokun, answered questions ranging from how they’d solve the problem of incessant traffic in Lagos to if they’d run for a second term if they are elected and fail to deliver on their promises.
