WATCH the Animated Pilot for “Malika” starring Adesua Etomi-Wellington
It is finally here!!! The much-awaited animated pilot for “Malika-Warrior Queen” is out. The animation tells the story of a Warrior Queen in a historical fantasy epic set in a breathtaking, 15-century West Africa.
The animation stars some of our Nollywood faves including Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Femi Branch, Deyemi Okanlowon, Sambasa Nzeribe, and Blossom Chukwujekwu.
Malika: Warrior Queen, is a graphic novel from Roye Okupe, writer and CEO of YouNeek Studios whose mission is to create stories inspired by African history, culture and mythology.
Malika was directed by Roye Okupe and produced by Anthill Studios with the executive producer as Niyi Akinmolayan.
