Watch Moment Tinubu left U. N headquarters

Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu departed from the United Nations (UN) headquarters in New York, soon after his address to world leaders during the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), with the President and his entourage captured on video.

This marks President Tinubu’s first attendance at the UN General Assembly as Nigeria’s leader, where he had earlier addressed Heads of State and Government.

Accompanied by a high-level entourage, President Tinubu exited the UN building after his address.

Among those in his delegation were prominent government officials, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar; Minister of Solid Minerals, Dele Alake; Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; and the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa.

Also part of the delegation were the Coordinating Minister of Economy and Finance, Wale Edun; Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Mohammed Pate; Minister of Defence, Abubakar Badaru; Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite; and the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

President Tinubu was joined by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu, as well as the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani.

The delegation further included Governors Uba Sani of Kaduna, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara, Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo, Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom, Mohammed Yahaya of Gombe State, and Seyi Makinde of Oyo.
