Victims Of Two Years Ago Mass Shooting Sues Distributors Of Shooting Equipment

Victims and family members of the two years ago mass shooting at a FedEx Facility in India have sued the company that had distributed the magazine that was used for the shooting.
The company identified as the New York-based American Tactical sells high-capacity ammunition magazines (HCMs) that allow shooters to fire off 60 rounds of ammunition without reloading.
That feature was regarded by a federal lawsuit as “not necessary, or even useful, for lawful self-defense or hunting,” .
The Court documents showed that the American Tactical was aware of how many times high-capacity magazines have been used in recent killings and that its decision to continue selling them is “reckless.”
The next step following the sueing is still yet to be confirmed.
