Role Summary
Its not limited to the following;
-Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company’s market share
-Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development
-Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
-Must be IT Savvy
-Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
-Strong Business Acumen
-Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team
Requirement
-HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Marketing or other related discipline. PGD/M.Sc is also an advantage
-Professional qualification will be an advantage
-At least 5 to 7 years HR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
-Proven experience in human resource and training will be an advantage.
-Must be emotionally stable
