Role Summary
-Must be able to manage the creative director’s workload and organize her day and also provide administrative support
-Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
– Make travel arrangements
-Must be social media savvy; especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest.
-Must be able to create content for social media marketing
-Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
-Design, create and manage promotions for social media ad campaigns
-Must be Female and available to travel if need bemust be matured and have ability to work under pressure.
-Must have good verbal and writing communications skills.
