An Administrative Officer is needed at Mark Gray Industries Inc.

Role Summary
-Monitoring and maintaining office equipments and inventory supplies
Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
-Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
-Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
-Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
-Organizing special functions and social events
-Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment
-Updating office policies and procedures
-Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
-Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
-Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
Requirement
Candidate is expected to:
-Have University Degree; Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
-Have experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
-Possess strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
-Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Possess work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
-Have solid knowledge of office procedures
