Usher slammed $10m lawsuit by another woman for exposing her to Herpes
Superstar American singer Usher has been slammed with a $10m lawsuit for exposing another woman to Herpes.
TMZ reports that the lawsuit, filed by the yet to be identified lady, claimed that they had sex on April 16 at her Atlanta home, but she wore protection.
She added that 12 days later, they had intercourse in a hotel in New Orleans and none of them used a condom.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the singer paid over $1 million to settle a 2012 lawsuit after he allegedly infected his celebrity stylist flame with Herpes.
The court documents, Radar Online said, disclosed he was “exposed to herpes” in 2009 or 2010.
The report stated that Usher admitted to infecting her with the virus as court documents showed, adding that he promised to “take care of things”.
The second lady, who said she had seen the earlier report, did not say she was infected, but that she is concerned because she was “exposed” to the virus.
She is suing Usher for negligence, battery and emotional distress.
