US rapper, FBG Cash shot dead in his car

31-year-old US rapper, Tristan Hamilton popularly called FBG Cash, was shot multiple times in Chicago, on Friday morning June 10.

 

The Chicago Police Department confirmed that the event incident happened in Auburn Gresham neighborhood’s 1600 block of West 81st Street.

 

A 29-year-old female passenger who was in the car was also shot but is still alive.

 

According to the Police, an unidentified suspect approached FBG’s vehicle from a black sedan and opened fire on the duo.

 

FBG Cash was transported to the Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

 

The female victim was sustained a left arm and upper back shot and was also transported to the Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition.

 

Although the detectives are yet to identify a suspect or take anyone into custody, they are currently investigating the shooting as the motive for the killing remains vague.

 

FBG Cash was scheduled to release a new song and video called “Crazy Lane” on Friday before his death.
