The fifth edition of the Exquisite Lady of the Year Awards (ELOY) is set to take place on Sunday, 17th November 2013 at the Red Carpet Events Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The awards ceremony, which was established in 2009 by Exquisite magazine, has released its Nominees List and according to the ELOY Team, the criteria for the awardsis based on the character of the individual, her ability, achievements and her impact in the Nigerian society through direct and indirect leadership, service, commitment, achievement, integrity and character.
