Two Teenagers Killed After High School Prom In Alabama

Two teenagers have reportedly been killed in a car accident in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The event had occurred shortly after they had attended the Paul W. Bryant High School prom together.

 

The victims were identified as 18-year-old Jarvis Hodge Brown and 17-year-old Madison A. Sims.

 

Brown was a student at Robert C. Hatch High School in Uniontown, while Sims was a student at Paul W. Bryant High School in Cottondale. Both schools shared tributes for the students on social media, expressing their condolences to their families and friends.

Two other teenagers who were in the car at the time of the accident were also injured.

 

A 17-year-old girl was taken to DCH Regional Medical Center with minor injuries, and an 18-year-old girl was transported to UAB Hospital with serious injuries. Officials said she is expected to survive.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities.
