Twitter Users come at BBNaija’s Pere Over Peter Obi Comment
Peter Obi looks like an ordained man as anyone who labels a statement that is considered derogatory towards him, faces a great deal of backlash immediately.
As the 2023 elections gear up, any negative words to Peter Obi on social media is seen as blasphemy, and you might be roasted.
It’s something BBnaija’s Pere came to realize the hard way as he left on his social media handle a comment on the former Anambra State governor.
Taking to his Twitter page on Thursday 9th of June, the ex Shine Ya Eye housemate stated that the former Governor of Anambra State joined the wrong party.
To Pere, he considers this detrimental to his ambition of being the president of Nigeria come 2023.
In his words he wrote:
“Peter Obi joined the wrong party. Period.”
As harmless as his words may seem, Nigerians didn’t take it lightly with him as they consider his ideology following primitive mindset of joining those you cannot defeat.
That ideology, Nigerians feel will tarnish the image of Peter Obi who seems to want to detach himself from the rest to be seen as unique.
One harsh tweet read:
“What Do You Expect From Someone That Sleeps With Another Man’s Wife”
With others going as far as to school the BBNaija housemate or reprimand his statement.
