Triune Biblical University Holds Convocation, Honorary Doctorate Awards Ceremony In UNILAG
Triune Biblical University Extension New York USA and Prowess University, Delaware, USA, in collaboration with Leadtimes Africa magazine, hosted a Special Convocation and Honorary Doctorate Awards ceremony at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
The event was a huge success, with Professor Gerald Okeke leading the team of seasoned professors from Unilag, Prowess University, and TBU Global Extension University, New York, USA.
The President/ Chancellor of TBU Global Extension University, USA, authorized Professor Okeke Gerald Ndubuisi to Deputize for him during this special convocation ceremony and award of Honoris causa for distinguished Nigerians.
The highlight of the occasion was the Good Governance Summit session on Enhancing Accelerated Capacity Building through Good Governance in Leadership, which was delivered by a guest lecturer who gave an excellent presentation.
The graduands of TBUGLEX-USA were also recognized for their hard work and commitment throughout their studies, earning them a place of honor in the institution.
Additionally, the event saw the conferment and presentation of honorary doctorate degrees to distinguished individuals from both TBUGLEX-USA and Prowess University, making history in the process.
The awardees also made enormous financial contributions to Leadtimes Africa magazine, both in kinds and in cash, for which the magazine expressed their unbound gratitude.
Amb. General (Dr)Godwin George Umo,OON, led other distinguished awardees, and the occasion was attended by guests and friends of the awardees, who equally contributed to the success of the event.
Dr Mrs Olajide Oluwafunmilola was one of the representatives from TBU Global Extension University, USA , during the convocation ceremony.
The Leadtimes Africa magazine and the two institutions expressed their pride and appreciation to all attendees, wishing them safe travels and looking forward to hearing good things from them as ambassadors of the magazine and the universities.
