Traditional ruler, Oba Tejuoso have been arrested for alleged marriage fraud

Oba Adetokunbo Tejuoso is the traditional ruler of one of the towns in Ogun state, he was arrested by the police for alleged marriage fraud.

Oba Adetokunbo Tejuoso, the Olu Of Kemta, a town in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command. The Oba was arrested on an alleged romance scam and multiple forgery.

The arrests came after a lady petitioned the police. It was learnt that several petitions had been submitted to the Ogun state traditional institution by some of his victims but they were ignored.

It was reported that Oba Tejuoso has neither a wife nor a child but then he specializes in defrauding his unsuspecting victims, mostly wealthy ladies via social media through Facebook and Instagram with a promise of marriage, this was reported from a source. Oba Tejuoso allegedly looks for wealthy ladies through their online profiles and photographs to determine his approach to scam them.

One of the victims claimed he(Oba Tejuoso) always poses with celebrities and posts them on social media, the victim said; “He is also fond of taking photographs with influential people and beautiful places to promote his ambitions on his Instagram and Facebook pages”
