The Premier League weekend returns, and the 2023/24 season begins tonight with the season opener between Manchester City and newly promoted Burnley, with a chance of a reunion presented to Vincent Kompany and Pep Guardiola.

Bournemouth vs West Ham United, we predict a 2-2 draw to start the narratives of the season.

Brighton and Hove Albion vs. Luton Town, Roberto De Zerbi’s side proved themselves an important threat last season to top premier league sides, and will be looking to continue that trend against Luton Town, however shockers are to be expected as Luton Town will be eager to claim its first league points in years. We predict a 1-2 loss for the Seagulls at home to newly promoted Luton.

Everton vs. Fulham, the Toffees have seen hard days, and have seen themselves engage in consecutive relegation battles for 2 seasons, they will be looking to begin this one in full spirit against Fulham. We predict a 2-0 win for the Sean Dyche side as Everton starts the season in confident form.

Sheffield United vs. Crystal Palace will be an affair that welcomes Sheffield United back to the league, with Roy Hodgson set to continue as Palace boss, however things might not look to go right for Palace in the hostilities. We predict a 3-2 win for Sheffield.

Newcastle United vs. Aston Villa, Newcastle are slowly building their profile as a serious threat in the premier league and reclaiming their lost glory as a top English side, they will be back against Aston Villa as they take on Unai Emery’s side at home. We predict a 2-2 draw between both sides.
