Fatal accident on Lambata-Suleja road claims six lives

tragic accident over the weekend along the Lambata-Suleja road has resulted in the deaths of six individuals. Reports indicate that 11 people were involved in the collision between a DAF truck and a Peugeot 406 car.

The incident occurred at Gwachipe village, approximately three kilometers from Lambata. According to eyewitness accounts, all those involved in the accident were male. Three individuals died at the scene, while the remaining three succumbed to their injuries en route to the General Hospital in Suleja. Read more here.

FCT Minister Wike promises to compensate residents affected by construction

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Nyesom Wike, has assured residents affected by the construction of Arterial Road N5, which runs from Life Camp Junction to Ring Road III, that they will be compensated.
