The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has issued a weather forecast predicting thundery and rainy conditions across the country from Thursday to Saturday.

Critical corruption case files stolen in Kano court vandalism
In a significant setback to ongoing legal proceedings, critical corruption case files against former Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje have gone missing following the recent vandalism, looting, and arson at the Kano State High Court.

Vandalism plunges Bayelsa into extended blackout
Vandals have severely disrupted the power supply in Bayelsa State by targeting 13 critical transmission towers along the Ahoada-Yenagoa 132kV Double Circuit transmission line, according to the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN).
