5-months pregnant lady crushed to death by herd of Elephants

A five-month pregnant lady, Karsini,  was pronounced dead after they were crushed by a herd of elephants in Indonesia.

TopNaija gathered that the 33-year-old mother-of-three was tapping rubber trees with her husband, identified as Rasum, on Sunday, September 8, when the herd of 15 Elephants entered their plantation in South Sumatra. Read more here.

Harvey Elliott causes major upset for Liverpool

Premier League club Liverpool have suffered an injury set back during the international break as wonder kid, Harvey Elliott has been confirmed to have sustained a fractured foot.

Woman dies while testifying at Lagos church service

A 55-year-old woman, identified as Ifeoma, collapsed and passed away while giving testimony at the Zonal Accountant Ministry Church in Ejigbo, Lagos, on September 8th. The incident occurred around 8:48 a.m. during the testimony hour.

Witnesses reported that Ifeoma was singing as she began her testimony when she suddenly collapsed. Efforts to transport her to a nearby hospital were made, but she was later referred to the General Hospital in Isolo, where she was pronounced dead. Read more here.

Nigeria Police Force addresses controversial Spy Police Video

The Nigeria Police Force has responded to a video circulating on social media showing an individual in a Spy Police uniform making political comments about the upcoming Edo State gubernatorial elections.

ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force’s Public Relations Officer, clarified that the individual is not a regular police officer but a Supernumerary Police Officer employed by a private company.  Read more here.
