“Top10 Mics Will Be One Hell Of A Show” – Artistes assure
The ten artistes, Tuface Idibia, Eldee, Wizkid, Duncan Mighty, Sir Shina Peters, Abass Obesere, Femi Kuti, Mocheddah, P square and MI, billed to perform at the highly anticipated open air concert; TOP 10MICS have given assurance to make the event worth the while for those that will attend.
Organized by entertainment giant, KOGA, the concert will have 10 of the best artistes in the music industry like 2face Idibia, Eldee, Mocheddah, Obesere, P square, MI, Duncan mighty, Sir Shina Peters, Femi Kuti and Wizkid live on stage on Friday, 23rd December, 2011 at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), It will feature different genres of music from afro juju, dancehall, to Fuji, hip hop and RnB. And nine of the artistes will be performing live
Speaking on the concert, African queen crooner, Tuface Idibia said, ‘’ I am looking forward to doing something very different on stage at the TOP10 MICS, it is like rounding off the year for me. It promises to be a great one and as you know I will be going live”.
The franchise celebrity, Mocheddah said ‘’ I want you all to come out in your numbers and attend the TOP10MICS, I promise you all an unforgettable experience, I’m saying this with all sincerity of purpose, doing on my thing live on stage is my forte, I will be coming at you like a train on full speed’’.
The afro juju creator, Sir Shina Peters in his words said ‘’ this will be an opportunity for the fans to watch me perform tracks from my new album. TBS is big and we are coming big at the show’.
Trybesmen Chief Executive, Eldee tha don, ‘’ you all know me, we’ve been at this for a long time, will be bringing the classic Eldee style on stage TOP10 MICS, it will be a splendid performance. This one no be wash!
Rave of the moment, Wizkid said ‘’this is not a time to dull as I want my fans to troop out and watch their boy live at the TOP10 MICS concert on Friday, December, 23,2011. One more thing, I will be performing live’’.
The Okoye Brothers promised a lasting feat ‘’this is P square, come see us live at the TBS, it will be a night of music, power and passion’’.
The headliner of Chocolate City, MI also lent a voice by saying ‘’this is the short black boy, I look forward to seeing you there, It promises to be a hell of a party’’.
Port Harcourt’s first son, Duncan Mighty said ‘’ you think you know how to party? Wait till I bring my Port Harcourt mix on stage at the TBS’’.
The paramount king of fuji, Abass Obesere: ” I will be bringing the Fuji element to the stage. This is big; this is something for the man on the street. Don’t miss it ooo!”
An official of KOGA, Anu Awoseyi in a statement on the readiness of the entertainment outfit to stage the biggest concert of 2011, she said ‘’ to tell you the truth here, we are ready and raring to go as everything you can ever think of has been taken care of from logistics to security. All modalities and strategies have been duly mapped out by our team, we promise them the best show comes Friday, 23rd December’’.
