Tonto Dikeh reacts to the N5.6million bail granted to actress, Akuapem Poloo
Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has reacted to the N5.6M bail granted to Ghanian actress, Akuapem Poloo.
Akuapem is a Ghanian actress who was sentenced to jail for 3 months for taking a nude photo with her son. Tonto Dikeh, however, lent her voice to persons asking for a lighter sentence adding that 3 months is a long time for a mother to be separated from her son. Hours later, it was reported that Akuapem had been been granted a N5.6M bail with two sureties to be justified.
Tonto wrote on her Instagram page;
“Word getting to me now “Pollo has been granted bail”, thanks to everyone who made this possible. Thank you to the Ghanaian government and lawmakers… #welearntoGrow”
