Toke Makinwa reveals Maje Ayida’s reaction after confessing someone was having a child for him [VIDEO]

Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa has revealed her ex-husband, Maje Ayida’s reaction immediately after he confessed to her that someone else was having a child for him while they were married.

TopNaija recalls that their marriage hit the rocks in 2015 when news broke that Maje was expecting a child from his side chic, Anita Solomon.

In a chat with Chude Jideonwo, Toke said she was asleep on the same bed with Maje when the news broke. She said singer, IcePrince, called her at about 2am to check up on her when the news broke, and at the time, she was still in the dark about what was going on.

She said Maje initially denied but later admitted he was expecting a child with Anita. Toke mentioned that he ordered food from their chef while she wailed over the sad development.

When it broke out on the blogs I was sleeping and IcePrince called me at 2am, I love him to death. He says to me ‘where are you?’.

I’m like ‘Where am I supposed to be. I am in bed. My then husband was laying right beside me. Ice is like ‘are you ok?’. I was like ‘Yeah, why’. He was ‘Okay sleep. Just know that whatever happens, we gat your back. we love you”

On his initial reaction after she heard the news, Toke said

”It was lies. It’s not true. It’s not true..and then I will confess. It is true

Right after he confessed, he still asked our chef to give him food and he still ate while I was on the floor crying”

She also spoke about how the death of her parents in a gas explosion affected her.
