Nigerian actor and winner of Big Brother Africa 5, Uti Nwachukwu has shared his thoughts on the never-ending debate on Tithing.

Tithing is a principle in the Christian faith where a believer is expected to part with 10% of their income in return for blessings from God. The tithe is expected to be given to a church he or she attends. While some Christians and pastors have said this is compulsory, others have insisted that it is not.

In a thread shared on his Twitter handle, Uti opined that tithing does work but that it is not compulsory and no one will be punished for not participating in it.
