Even the people you admire the most have gone through tough times. Allow yourself to feel the feelings and do not put yourself down. When we are not in touch with our emotions and sensations, we are listening to negative mind-talk. Also, look at your track record. You have felt these feelings, you were not sure how you would get back up again, but you did. Even if you don’t feel this way, have faith that your desire to push through is greater than your feelings of defeat.
