Tinubu Eid-el-Kabir celebration to take place in Lagos

President Bola Tinubu will leave Abuja for Lagos State on Friday to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir.

President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale announced this in a statement.

President Tinubu will observe Eid-el-Kabir in Lagos and spend the Sallah holidays there. He will pray and reflect on Nigeria’s transformation under his Renewed Hope Agenda.

Eid-el-Kabir, also called the Festival of Sacrifice, is a major Islamic holiday. It honors Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son in obedience to God. The day is marked by prayers, feasts, and acts of charity.

President Tinubu will meet local leaders and business figures in Lagos, Nigeria’s economic center. His visit underscores the importance of unity and progress. His Renewed Hope Agenda aims to boost Nigeria’s economy, strengthen security, and improve social welfare for all.

Chief Ajuri Ngelale also said that President Tinubu will reflect on efforts to transform Nigeria during this period. His administration is working on policies for growth, stability, and prosperity.

“The President will mark the occasion in prayers and reflection on advancing the transformation of Nigeria in line with his Renewed Hope Agenda,” the statement read.

President Tinubu will visit Lagos for Eid-el-Kabir to meet people and show he wants to make their lives better. His presence underscores unity and progress efforts for a stronger nation.
