Timi Dakolo debunks news of father’s death

Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo has debunked the news that he lost his father which was being reported among some news platforms.

The singer said there’s no truth to this claim and his father is “alive and doing well”

The false news reports stemmed from an Instagram post Timi shared to mourn the death of a man who played a role in his upbringing.

Debunking the fake news, he wrote

You people should try and leave me alone.. my father is alive and doing well. I wonder how you people come up with all these information.I didn’t say anything about my father being dead.A simple investigation would do the world much good.
