Thugs attack Desmond Elliot’s car in Lagos

Desmond Elliot, lagos House of Assembly candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was attacked by suspected thugs earlier today.

The lawmaker’s vehicle was attacked in Surulere, the constituency he currently represents, by scorned hoodlums who had asked him to stop and give them money.

Elliot was swiftly rescued by policemen who later called in the army to calm the situation
