Three die, several injure in Ibadan street fight

Three people have been confirmed dead in a fight between the Oyo State Park Management System and thugs in Ibadan.

Anonymous sources revealed this after the commissioning of the Challenge Bus Terminal by Governor Seyi Makinde on Tuesday, April 26.

Videos showed dead persons, several awry injuries and destroyed properties from the clash which escalated into an uncontrollable event.

According to sources, the suspected thugs were known as Isota boys around Ali Iwo area in Agodi Gate axis of Ibadan.

Many disparaging statements were made regarding what really caused the fight. Another source said, the attack was a plot to kill the PMS chairman, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi (Auxiliary).

Additionally, he said supporters of Governor Seyi Makinde were attacked on their way back from the commissioning.

The situation became uncontrollable when sporadic gunshots started erupting from diverse angles of the city.
