"They succeeded in bullying Biden" -- Grace Meng

New York Congresswoman Grace Meng isn’t happy at all as President Joe Biden announced his unexpected exit from the 2024 U.S presidential race.

The congresswoman voiced her deep frustration and disappointment over the decision, with Meng pointing accusing fingers at bullies who she declares forced the President’s hands.

Taking to her X handle, Meng expressed her anger, claiming that Biden was driven out by relentless bullies, even within his own party.

In a candid post, Meng didn’t hold back: “I put out a prettier statement earlier, but the truth is I’m upset. I’m mad that the bullies won. I’m mad that the most accomplished & empathetic @JoeBiden was treated the way he was—even by some in his own party.”

Despite her dismay, Grace Meng shared a moment of inspiration from her child, who encouraged her to shift focus and support Vice President Kamala Harris. “But like my kid told me, stop being sad & start helping,” she added, signaling her readiness to back Harris in the upcoming election.

Biden’s decision to step down came after mounting pressure from Democratic colleagues, top donors, and Hollywood stars following a lackluster debate performance.
