"They are very silly" -- Patrick Doyle takes swipe at 'Christians'

“What God cannot do does not exist”, is a very popular saying amongst the Christian community of believers, a statement that media personality, Patrick Doyle cannot stomach.

The media personality criticized the saying also Christians who frequently use the phrase, stating that it has become “silly” over time as it has been proven to be inaccurate.

In recent years, many Christians have adopted this slogan, suggesting that it emphasizes the unlimited power of God to accomplish the impossible.

Taking to his Facebook page on March 19, Patrick Doyle expressed his disapproval of the phrase, labeling it as foolish.

He wrote, “Some people are just too obstinate to admit their folly. Even after that slogan ‘What God cannot do doesn’t exist’ has been proven to be silly, they still continue to chant it.”

Doyle’s remarks have sparked a debate among social media users, with some supporting his viewpoint while others defend the slogan as a testament to their faith in the omnipotence of God.

There is a philosophical argument regarding the saying ‘What God cannot do does not exist’, in that a lot of people tend to look at it from opposing coins to debate why the argument stands true or cannot hold waters.

Some might argue that; in as much as ‘God’ is ever omni potent, he is limited in a philosophical sense of interfering with ‘free will’.
