The Video Of My Brother Crying Was Beautiful—Ronaldo’s Sister

A lot of people, particularly fans and to a stretch; critics of 5 times Ballon D’or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo felt some emotion watching the player leave the stadium in tears, but for Ronaldo’s sister, it was a beautiful sight to behold.

Elma Aveiro, Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister, responded to a video of her brother crying after Portugal was eliminated from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

After Morocco knocked Portugal from the World Cup over the weekend, Ronaldo was seen walking out of the stadium crying uncontrollably as he made his way down the tunnel.

After Youssef En-Nesyri scored the game’s lone goal for Morocco against Portugal in the World Cup quarterfinal match, the 37-year-old player was brought off the bench to help turn the tides.

Ronaldo later left the field in tears when Morocco succeeded in hanging on to the first-half lead and eliminating them from the 2022 World Cup.

In response, Aveiro claimed the video of Ronaldo crying was lovely and beautiful and that she could not stop watching it in a post she released via her Instagram account on Monday.

“Beautiful image, love, gratitude, value, are values that not everyone has… Beautiful is this video that I don’t get tired of watching and it’s not Portuguese, I don’t know if I made myself understand greater pride, greatest human being, great son, brother, father, an example to all and all.

“Thank God for giving me as a brother this boy/man that I’m so proud of and love with all my strength. Thank God. Thanks, Ronaldo,” She posted alongside the video.

Cristiano Ronaldo would take a deserved break after Portugal’s elimination from the world cup before setting sights on club football after the termination of his contract with Manchester United.
