Titilayo Medunoye is Nigeria’s First International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and economist with over eight years of management and leadership experience working in the health, hospitality and manufacturing industries.⁣


Titilayo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Milky Express, Nigeria’s first lactation company that focuses on manufacturing products that enhance both the quality and the quantity of breast milk as well as offering lactation consultation services to their customers.⁣


In 2014, Titilayo faced a challenging experience with the breastfeeding of her newborn daughter and it was this experience that led her to research how to improve the quality and quantity of breastmilk. Her research was successful and in 2015, she launched her lactation company, Milky Express.⁣


Milky Express is the first lactation company in Nigeria and the fastest-growing in Africa. In less than two years of its incorporation, it has managed to garner distribution partners in Ghana, USA, South Africa and five states in Nigeria.⁣


Titilayo is an Obama leader and was recently selected by the Obama Foundation as part of the 200 young Africans with outstanding leadership qualities and the propensity to change Africa. She was also recently selected as 2020, 100 most inspiring women in Nigeria by the Leading Ladies foundation.⁣
