Over the past few months, allegations of sexual abuse by priests have rocked the Catholic Church, with several individuals speaking out.
Now, survivors of abusive nuns are speaking out.
Patricia “Trish” Cahill and Anne Gleeson narrate their abuse in the hands of nuns in this documentary by Huffington Post.
They were teenagers when the abuse began and although they grew up in different cities, the grooming and manipulation conducted by the nuns they say abused them sound eerily and tragically similar.
