The Supreme Court is scheduled to render its judgement on Thursday, October 26, 2023, in the cases of LP/Obi, Atiku/PDP versus INEC, BAT/Shettima, and APC.

Recall that the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, have lodged appeals challenging the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).
