Subsidy scandal: How APC Chieftain expose Tinubu’s hidden fortune [Video]
Dr. Garus Gololo, a well-known leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has made serious accusations against President Bola Tinubu. He says that Tinubu owns 17 oil wells in the Niger Delta and uses the country’s oil subsidy system to make money for himself.
These claims were made in a video that went viral and was obtained. In it, Dr. Gololo spoke in Hausa and voiced great worry about the President and his family controlling all of Nigeria’s oil wealth.
In the video, Dr. Gololo alleged, “Tinubu owns 17 oil wells in the Niger Delta that I know of. His children, Kunle and Wale Jr., run his refinery for him in Malta. Oando and Agip now belong to him. He pays himself the subsidy he supposedly removed, which means fuel prices will never decrease. He even awarded himself a ₦15 trillion contract.”
If these shocking claims are true, they could bring up serious questions about the honesty and ethics of the current government, especially since the country is still having economic challenges.
Many people are arguing about what Dr. Gololo said, and more and more people want the president to say something publicly.
As of right now, neither President Tinubu nor his officials have said anything about these claims.
This accusation is coming amidst the #BadGovernance protests that have been going on around the nation. Many Nigerians are unhappy with the government’s economic changes, which have caused fuel prices to rise and made life harder for regular people.
The viral video made many Nigerians voice out full investigation into who owns the country’s oil assets and how the fuel subsidy is managed.
