Soap Opera Coronary Street Actress Divorces Husband After 20 Years

The actress who played Cilla Battersby-Brown on the soap opera Coronation Street, Wendi Peters has separated from her husband Kenny Linden after 20 years of marriage.

She  moved out of their Hertfordshire home and is living alone.

According to an insider close to Peters, the couple had a happy marriage but grew apart.

Peters is currently starring in BBC’s Doctors and is focusing on her new role.

The couple’s grown-up daughter, Gracie, is living with Kenny, who was recently registered as blind due to a rare hereditary condition called PXE
