Sleeping with somebody’s wife is not a criminal offense – Ghanaian Lecturer (Video)
A Ghanaian lecturer has established that having a sexual affair with someone else’s husband or wife is not a criminal offense in Ghana.
The educationalist, during an interview on Ghana’s BFS, noted that infidelity in marriage is not a criminal offense that could be reported to the police and have the individuals jailed.
According to him, though it is established as a moral offense, nobody would be faced with a jail sentence if caught with another person’s sexual partner.
The man also stated that when he explained such to his students they were surprised.
He explained further it it is grounds enough for divorce but it is yet to be criminalised by any state.
