American top rapper Wiz Khalifa has splashed a few million dollars to buy himself a new home.

TMZ reports that the Pittsburgh rapper closed on a new mansion Wednesday in Encino, California near Tarzana, Calabasas and other rich areas north of L.A. with sources saying Khalifa dropped a whopping $3.4 million on the property.

The 2-story estate comes with four bedrooms suites, floating stairs, a theatre, a 100-bottle wine bar, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, a waterfall island outside and a sick master suite with its own fireplace.

The property is also a smart home, with a built-in alarm and 4 exterior cameras.
