Security outfit apprehends Alfa for allegedly stealing rams in Osun

Operatives of the Western Nigeria Security Network “Amotekun Corps” in Osun State have arrested a man, Alfa Owolabi, who specializes in stealing rams.

It was gathered that Owolabi was arrested by men of the Amotekun corps inside an uncompleted building at Oleyo area of Osogbo where he was living with his brother.

Though his brother is now at large, investigation concluded that the duo specializes in stealing rams as two of the animals were found locked inside a room in the area.

The Field Commander, Amotekun Corps Osun, Amitolu Shittu, told newsmen in Osogbo that the culprit has been handed over to the police since the day of his arrest.

He urged residents of the state not to hide criminals in their domain but expose and report them to the security agencies adding that doing this will help in reducing the crime rate in the state.
