Sancho drops new ‘bomb’ on Erik ten Hag
Jadon Sancho, now thriving at Chelsea, seems to have reignited his feud with former Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag with a series of veiled digs in a recent interview.
The 24-year-old winger, who left Old Trafford after a tumultuous spell marked by a public fallout with Ten Hag, has found new life under Chelsea’s manager Enzo Maresca.
Sancho, who struggled to replicate his Borussia Dortmund form at United and was ultimately sidelined by Ten Hag over alleged training deficiencies, didn’t hold back when comparing his new environment to his old.

“The players we have in the squad are top quality, so every day in training we’re pushing each other,” Sancho told Sky Sports, seemingly referencing Ten Hag’s critique of his effort levels.
“The team has created a nice bond within the dressing room. Everyone’s got a smile on their face, and we’re doing extras—that’s what we need.”
The winger, who has already scored twice in 10 appearances for Chelsea, emphasized the contrast in camaraderie and competitiveness. He highlighted the team’s chemistry and training intensity as key to their success under Maresca.
“Everyone is similar in age and has a lot of experience. The training is fun, and we’re all pushing each other to improve,” Sancho added, signaling that his turbulent United days are firmly in the rearview mirror.
Sancho’s remarks come just weeks after he played a pivotal role in Chelsea’s dramatic comeback against Tottenham, further proving his value to his new club.
With Chelsea’s squad finally starting to gel, the winger seems determined to silence his critics—especially those in Manchester.
