Sammie Okposo’s Wife Breaks Down In Tears At Singer’s Night Of Tribute
As many graced their presence on the night of the tribute of the late Sammie Okposo, the singer’s wife, Ozioma broke down in tears at the event.
Ali Baba, Segun Arinze, and Chinedu Ikedieze are among the entertainers who attended a night of tributes for the late Sammie Okposo.
The night of the tribute of the late singer, Sammie Okposo, which was held on Tuesday, featured performances by gospel singers like Tope Alabi, Mike Abdul, and Efe Nathan.
The event was said to have been held at La Madison Place, Oniru, in Lagos.
Timi Dakolo and comedian Akpororo were also among those who performed on the night of homage.
At the gathering, performers took turns expressing the wonderful memories they had with Okposo.
Ozioma, Okposo’s wife, is seen weeping in one video from the ceremony while others attempt to comfort her.

Okposo died on November 25, with acquaintances claiming that he died in his sleep.
On December 16, the singer will be buried in a private ceremony.
Sammie Okposo established himself as a worldwide gospel performer after rising to prominence via his songs.
He was also a psalmist, a music producer, and the CEO of Zamar Entertainment.
‘Addicted,’ the singer’s first album, was published in 2004. He worked with a number of other gospel and soul artists.
Okposo’s most recent album, ‘The Statement,’ was produced by Grammy-winning producer Kevin Bond.
On Okposo’s passing, his family said: “We are consoled because we know that he is with Jesus singing with angels.
“We kindly request that the family is allowed to grieve peacefully at this time.”
