Sahara Group launches 2025 graduate trainee programme

Sahara Group, a leading energy conglomerate, has announced the launch of its 2025 Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme, aimed at developing young professionals into global business leaders.

In a statement, Bethel Obioma, Head of Corporate Communications at Sahara Group, highlighted the programme’s “impressive track record” of producing top-tier business leaders who exemplify the company’s distinctive culture, referred to as the ‘Sahara DNA’.

Obioma noted that the programme is open to young graduates with strong academic performance, with applications running from October 24 to November 1, 2024.

Emilomo Arorote, Sahara Group’s Head of HR and a graduate of the 2009 GMT class, described Sahara as a place where “dreams are realized” and highlighted the programme’s ability to offer growth opportunities across the energy sector.

“Our GMT programme is unmatched, providing successful candidates with platforms for growth across the energy value chain. Interested individuals can apply via www.saharagmt.com or our social media channels,” Arorote said.
