Tinubu’s social media adviser dispels concerns over fall at Democracy Day event

Dada Olusegun, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Social Media, has reassured the public that there are no underlying issues following Tinubu’s slip at the June 12 Democracy Day celebration in Abuja.

The incident occurred as President Bola Tinubu was boarding a parade vehicle during the event. Despite the stumble, Tinubu quickly regained his balance and continued with the proceedings.

In response to concerns raised about the slip, Dada Olusegun took to social media platform X to provide clarification. He stated, “Mr. President missed his step while climbing into the truck at the June 12 Democracy Day celebration and tripped. It was a mild misstep. He immediately went on with the ceremonial rounds. No issues.”

Olusegun’s statement aimed to allay any apprehensions regarding Tinubu’s well-being and ability to carry out his duties effectively.
