Presidency debunks claim of Finance Minister presenting N105,000 as new minimum wage

The Presidency has denied rumours going around the internet that Wale Edun, the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, presented N105,000 to President Bola Tinubu, as the new minimum salary.

He tweeted;

“The Honorable Minister of Finance and coordinating minister of the economy, Wale Edun has not proposed N105,000 minimum wage. The contrary story being disseminated is false.”
