Premier League predictions for Matchday 14
Premier League games swoop in to take the mid-week slot for its matchday 14 fixtures in the absence of Champions League games this mid-week.
Following last weekend’s cracker that saw no away wins in the league, fans will sure be expecting a different story this mid-week or else some shocking results could be on the headlines before matchday 15’s weekend.
Resuming hostilities are Ipswich Town and Crystal Palace taking on each other tonight at a late evening kickoff time. We believe this game is a tough one to predict for punters. However, we think Palace has something of an edge to carve out a 3-1 win from it.

Premier League predictions for Matchday 13 Weekend
Leicester City face their own crucible against their East London visitors West Ham United who will be looking to redeem their 5-2 defeat at the hands of Arsenal last weekend.
We foresee a 2-3 win for West Ham United.
Wednesday 4th December will set the tone for the mid-week games as some tough Premier League fixtures grace our screens starting with Everton taking on Wolverhampton Wanderers just days after losing to Manchester United. Wolves themselves also suffered a 4-2 defeat at the weekend to AFC Bournemouth, which makes this tie more about redemption than glory.
We believe this game will end in a 0-0 draw between both teams.
Manchester City versus Nottingham Forest is a game that Pep Guardiola very much cannot lose or drop any points in. We predict a 4-2 win for the Cityzens.
Newcastle United for the first time this season will host one of their most familiar foes at the Saint James’ Park as Arne Slot’s Liverpool comes visiting. This Premier League tie stands tricky for a Reds team heading into the clash, depending on City’s result, could be at risk of losing their points tally at the top of the league.
Though, Arne Slot’s are viewed as favorites, games between Newcastle United and Liverpool aren’t as easy as the wins so far have made them appear. We predict a 1-1 draw between both sides. However, there is a possibility that Liverpool can steal a 1-2 win again from the Magpies.
Southampton versus Chelsea on paper may look as the game the Blues will be desperate for, caution is something Chelsea will need to consider before kicking a ball at the Saint Mary’s. We predict a 1-3 win for Enzo Maresca’s side however.
Arsenal versus Manchester United is where the narratives could come from going into the weekend. With a visit from a familiar rival, Arsenal stand the risk of losing their footing in the title chase if they fall by any means to Ruben Amorim’s United side. For Amorim, he can either put himself into the history books or face the media ire depending on the outcome of this game.
In our Premier League predictions, we foresee a 2-2 stalemate that leaves no one the victor or the vanquished.
Aston Villa versus Brentford ends the Wednesday fixtures, as well as could potentially be the night Villa ends their winless run. Brentford have been on fine form so far, but we think Unai Emery’s Aston Villa will come through in a 2-0 win.
Thursday 5th December will end the mid-week games with Fulham taking into hostile waters versus Brighton and Hove Albion at the Cravens Cottage. We foresee a 2-2 draw between both teams.
Bournemouth versus Tottenham Hotspur is a tricky one that could take Spurs into the top four spot of the Premier League table should they claim all 3-points at the Vitality Stadium. However, that’s dependent on Brighton and Manchester City failing to pick up points in mid-week.
That said, we think Bournemouth will provide a tough test for Tottenham who could salvage a 2-1 win this time around contrary to last week’s 1-1 draw versus Fulham.
