POS lady scammed as ₦70k cash deposit turns into 20 naira notes

A POS operator fell for a scam when a customer supposedly deposited a ₦70k cash, which mysteriously turned into ₦20 notes the following day.

This was detailed in a post she shared on a popular social media platform, TikTok.

She called the attention of several other POS operators, urging them to be cautious as someone came to her shop the previous day to deposit a total of ₦70k in cash.

However, when she checked the money the next morning, she discovered that the initial ₦70k had turned into a wad of ₦20 notes.
