Portable pleads for help as police demand N5 million over bike rider’s death
Fast-rising singer Habeeb Okikiola popularly called Portable has cried after he was charged a huge sum over biker’s death.
The singer, Portable, in a video sighted online, lamented as the Police allegedly continued to pin him after a biker was killed by someone driving his car.
According to him, he was told to pay the sum of N5 Million for the bike rider’s death.
This is coming after Portable, in an interview on Tuesday, June 21 said that he was not responsible for the death of the victim.
According to him, when the accident happened, he was at his child’s naming ceremony.
He, however, commiserated with the families of the victim over the sad incident and promised to help financially.
However, in a video sighted online, Portable called for the help of his fans stating he’s been dragged into the killing of the man.
He also stated that the police refused to release his car even when he showed up at the station, neither has he been shown any corpse.
