Popular wrestler, Ric Flair’s Stepson commits suicide

Promising young musician, Sebastian Kidder, who happens to be the stepson of popular wrestler, Ric Flair has died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The mother of the 24-year-old singer, Wendy Barlow, confirmed his demise to news publication TMZ Sports.

TopNaija understands that Sebastian took his life on Saturday afternoon, October 26 while at the family’s home in Georgia. The authorities, however, had launched an investigation to find out the circumstances surrounding Kidder’s death.

“I am devastated and shocked. This is an epidemic with our young men. And mental health…” Barlow shared, highlighting the emotional toll and calling attention to the mental health challenges facing young people today.

Kidder’s singing career was just starting to take off. He played and talked about plans for his first record on FOX’s Good Day Atlanta earlier this summer. His family, friends, and fans were all optimistic about his future in the music business.

Ric Flair married Barlow in 2018 after dating for a long time, but he hasn’t said anything public about the sad loss yet. Since the beginning of Sebastian’s relationship with Wendy more than ten years ago, Flair had been an important part of his life.
