Popular pallbearers sell viral dance meme for over N500M as NFT
Popular Ghanaian pallbearers, ‘Dada Awu’ made over $1M selling off their viral coffin dance meme as NFT.
The viral 10 seconds dance meme was auctioned with the intention of raising funds for charity as the pallbearers minted it as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT).
3F Music, home to several recording studios worldwide based in the Middle East, bought the Dance meme for $1,046,079.54 (327.00ETH) as the highest bidder on Saturday, April 9.
Out of generosity, the pallbearers donated 25% ($250K) as charity to the Ukrainian military as support amidst the ongoing war with Russia.
Congratulations to the official owner of Coffin Dance world fame @3fmusic
