Army nabs soldier for killing UNICAL student in Calabar

In a major breakthrough, troops of the Nigerian army have successfully rescued 30 victims who were kidnapped near Manini village along the Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway in Kaduna State.

The operation was conducted on Thursday and resulted in the dislodgement of the bandits responsible for the kidnapping.

The rescued victims, who had been held captive for an undisclosed period, were immediately taken to a safe location for medical attention and further debriefing.

The Nigerian army has assured the public that they will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of all citizens, and to bring an end to all forms of criminal activity in the country.
